All sales are final.
Every OkieDokieShirts order is custom-made just for you. Because we print each shirt to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a change of mind, the wrong size being ordered, or no longer wanting the design. Please double-check your size and design before checking out.
Exception: Our Error or a Defective Product
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, was printed incorrectly, was damaged during delivery, or is materially different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Email clear photos of the issue to okiedokieshirts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your orderand include your order number. We’ll reprint or replace the affected item at no cost to you.
What Doesn’t Qualify
- Minor variation in print placement or color — slight differences are normal in custom printing and what you see on a monitor may not match the printed item exactly.
- The wrong size or color was ordered by the customer.
- Normal wear, shrinkage, or fading after washing.
- Designs you supplied that didn’t turn out the way you expected.
